To those who it may concern;

If any of you find yourself missing a comrade, I have staying with me a young man garbed in the clothing of a Night Whisperer ninja. I brought him to my lodging after he fell victim to an attack and have been caring for him to the best of my ability, with the help of Lady Svala, who has some healing skills. Unfortunately he has remained unconscious thus far, or I would offer his name. I'll keep him safe here until he is well and awake enough to leave.

I should note that his attacker mentioned a 'Slayer' before he fled. Whatever that means.

...Lord Sigmund, you requested that I check in on occasion, so here I am.

I spoke to a vampire slayer when we were moving the villagers to the tunnels. Perhaps that's who they meant.

I did not; the man was only attacking one. If there are other victims, I am unaware of them.

I asked him what the hell he was doing. It was obvious that he was harming his victim, so my first priority was to stop the attack.

Cloud was behaving oddly the other day. I went with him to see if I could talk sense to him, but he's affected by he experiment as well.
