To those who it may concern;

If any of you find yourself missing a comrade, I have staying with me a young man garbed in the clothing of a Night Whisperer ninja. I brought him to my lodging after he fell victim to an attack and have been caring for him to the best of my ability, with the help of Lady Svala, who has some healing skills. Unfortunately he has remained unconscious thus far, or I would offer his name. I'll keep him safe here until he is well and awake enough to leave.

I should note that his attacker mentioned a 'Slayer' before he fled. Whatever that means.

His condition seems to be stable. I don't think he's in any danger of getting worse, so I assume he's alright.

I spoke to a vampire slayer when we were moving the villagers to the tunnels. Perhaps that's who they meant.

I believe so. I didn't catch her name, but she was a capable fighter.

I did not; the man was only attacking one. If there are other victims, I am unaware of them.

No, he didn't. He fled before a battle could even begin.

I have a hunch who your attacker is--he's not normally so villainous, I swear. He's got a heap of experiment mojo on him.

The person he attacked--will they be okay? Let me get out my assumption hat here and guess that he's been bitten, and lost a lot of blood?

Bloodloss seems to be the main problem with his health, as far as I can tell. When he finally awakens, I'll know more.

He is just unconscious, right? I don't imagine that Angelus would turn him--he's picky about that. But it wouldn't hurt to take some precautions, yourself in case your patient wakes up with a few more fangs than he had before.

Where did this happen? I might be able to track Angelus from the scene of the attack.

... 'Turn him'? Just what does that mean? His victim too could become such a monster?

[Insert a random location in the woods since mun is not sure where exactly it happened...] I would advise against tracking him, however.

It's possible. But only if the victim's actually been killed--then, it's possible that they will come back as the really ugly undead.

And---don't worry, I've tracked Angelus before. I'm aware of how violent he can get. More aware than a lot of people here, to be honest--so I'd rather take him down myself than risk someone else.
