Nothing as heavy as what Sigmund wears. It needs to be durable, but loose enough that I don't lose too much mobility. Weight isn't an issue, since training anyway.

What about chainmail? It's far lighter than a full suit, but the protection is more often than not adequate against all but the most severe of injuries. I prefer it, myself- plate mail is too difficult to maneuver in.
