[Edward's hanging around the area outside the Liberation Lodge (within a ten minute walk in any direction, probably), pretty much just setting things on fire and extinguishing them before they get too out of hand. This includes trees, other greenery, and yes, even the house. :|]

Since he's being charged with watching Sigmund's family, he'd rather they all be together along with Lloyd.
